With the Covid restrictions being relaxed we as a practice have seen an increase in demand for our services. The Holmer vet Covid teams have been working tirelessly to help treat our sick and injured patients. In the last couple of weeks we have also started performing some routine operations and vaccinations. We apologise that at times our consulting has run behind time, we thank you for your patience and understanding. As we move forward, hopefully out of this Covid crisis, we continue to work to maintain the health and safety of our clients and staff.
We will be bringing back team members from furlough over the next few weeks. We will continue to take patient histories either over the telephone or in the car park, then your pet will be taken into the surgery for examination and treatment. For now we will continue to be taking payments by card over the phone. Collection of medication will continue to be done remotely, where clients telephone in to confirm their arrival at the surgery and medications, which have been pre-ordered, will be place outside the reception. These are ever changing times but as always we want to reassure you that we, at Holmer Vets, are continuing to do everything we can to provide the best service and care for you and your pets.
