A case of Cutaneous and Renal glomerular vasculopathy (CRGV) has been confirmed by a neighbouring veterinary practice, in alliance with specialists at Anderson Moores. The dog was reported to have been exercised at Eastnor Castle Deer Park before becoming unwell. We recommend owners consider carefully before taking their dog to the area at this time, as an environmental source is suspected to be the cause of this rare but often deadly disease. For further information on the signs of Alabama Rot please see our Autumn 2019 Newsletter or visit the Anderson Moores website. A map of all recorded Alabama rot cases is also available. If you have any concerns that your dog may be showing symptoms of CRGV please get them seen by a vet as soon as possible.
